The 00-series was born in the pre-graduation hush of Fall 2019, in a rented cabin just outside Joshua Tree where desert light stripped everything down to form and function; I called it "Better Building Blocks" because the line was an exercise in elevation—basic pieces rethought with superior materials, cleaner cuts, and mindfulness toward sustainability. Those early designs were minimal in silhouette but meticulous in detail: reinforced seams, responsibly sourced fabrics, and subtle design cues that made each piece feel deliberate rather than decorative. In that stark landscape, the collection took shape as an antidote to fast fashion—an atlas of essentials meant to be mixed, layered, and lived in, quietly durable and distinctly refined.
